Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please reach out to us directly. The following terms apply:

Rescheduling Within 48 Hours: If you reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled time, any deposit paid may be applied toward the rescheduled appointment.

Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable. Appointments that are canceled and not rescheduled will forfeit the deposit.

Same-Day Cancellations & No-Call No-Shows: Any cancellations made on the day of the appointment, or failure to show without notice, will be charged 100% of the service fee.
