Cancellation Policy

To change or cancel your appointment, please contact us directly.

1. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment and you paid a deposit, you can use that deposit for another day.

2. Deposits can't be refunded.

3. If you cancel within 23 hours, you'll be charged 100% of the service fee.

4. If you cancel on the same day or no show you will be charged 100% of your service.
