Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To change or cancel your appointment, please contact us directly.

Rescheduling:
Appointments rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time may have the deposit applied to the new appointment date. Clients may reschedule up to three (3) times before the deposit is forfeited.
Deposits:
All deposits are non-refundable. Appointments that are canceled and not rescheduled will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Late Cancellations & No-Show Policy:
Cancellations made within 23 hours of the scheduled appointment, or failure to attend without prior notice, will be charged 100% of the service fee.
