By using our services, accessing our website, or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. General Terms
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to book services or must have a guardian present.
Service Availability: All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.
2. Booking and Appointments
Appointments: All appointments must be booked in advance through our website.
Booking Confirmation: A booking confirmation will be sent to you once your appointment is scheduled. If you do not receive a confirmation email or message, please contact us.
Deposits and Payments: Some services may require a deposit or full payment at the time of booking. Full payment is expected upon completion of the service unless otherwise stated.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
The following terms apply:
Rescheduling: Appointments rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time may have the deposit applied to the new appointment date. Clients may reschedule up to three (3) times before the deposit is forfeited.
Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable. Appointments that are canceled and not rescheduled will forfeit the deposit.
Same-Day Cancellations & No-Call No-Shows: Any cancellations made within 23 hours of scheduled appointment, or failure to show without notice, will be charged 100% of the service fee.
4. Payment Terms
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit/debit cards and cash.
Refunds: All services are non-refundable once provided. If there is an issue with the service, please notify us within 24 hours so that we may address it.
Prices: Prices for services may change at any time. We will make every effort to update our website to reflect current prices.
Gift Cards: Gift cards are valid for services only and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Promotions: Promotional offers and discounts may not be combined with any other offers unless explicitly stated.
5. Health and Safety
Client Health: By booking an appointment, you confirm that you are in good health and disclose any relevant health conditions that may affect the service.
Allergies or Sensitivities: Please inform us of any allergies, skin conditions, or sensitivities before your appointment so we can accommodate your needs.
6. Liability
Limitations of Liability: Beauty By K is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property while on our premises or as a result of receiving our services.
Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for following all instructions provided during treatments. We are not liable for any issues arising from failure to follow provided instructions.
7. Intellectual Property
Copyright: All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the intellectual property of Beauty By K and may not be used without written permission.
Usage: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access our website and use our services for personal use only.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
By using our website and services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We take your privacy seriously and will only use your data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
