2. Booking and Appointments

  • Appointments: All appointments must be booked in advance through our website.

  • Booking Confirmation: A booking confirmation will be sent to you once your appointment is scheduled. If you do not receive a confirmation email or message, please contact us.

  • Deposits and Payments: Some services may require a deposit or full payment at the time of booking. Full payment is expected upon completion of the service unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please reach out to us directly. The following terms apply:

    • Cancellations within 48 Hours: Deposits made for services can be transferred to another date if you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment.

    • Deposits are Non-Refundable: All deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel and do not reschedule within 48 hours, your deposit will be forfeited.

    • Same-Day Cancellations and No-Call No-Shows: Any cancellations made on the day of the appointment, or in the case of a no-call, no-show, will be charged 100% of the service fee.

4. Payment Terms

  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit/debit cards and cash.

  • Refunds: All services are non-refundable once provided. If there is an issue with the service, please notify us within 24 hours so that we may address it.

  • Prices: Prices for services may change at any time. We will make every effort to update our website to reflect current prices.

  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are valid for services only and cannot be redeemed for cash. They may not be used for retail products or merchandise unless otherwise stated.

  • Promotions: Promotional offers and discounts may not be combined with any other offers unless explicitly stated.

  • Client Health: By booking an appointment, you confirm that you are in good health and disclose any relevant health conditions that may affect the service.

  • Allergies or Sensitivities: Please inform us of any allergies, skin conditions, or sensitivities before your appointment so we can accommodate your needs.

  • Limitations of Liability: Beauty By K is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property while on our premises or as a result of receiving our services.

  • Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for following all instructions provided during treatments. We are not liable for any issues arising from failure to follow provided instructions.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Copyright: All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the intellectual property of Beauty By K and may not be used without written permission.

  • Usage: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access our website and use our services for personal use only.
