Retail Products

We gladly accept returns of unopened, unused retail products within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt.

To be eligible for a return:

• Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

• Returns without a receipt may be denied.

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are nonrefundable.

If a product has been used and you believe it caused an adverse reaction or is defective, please contact us within 7 days so we can review your concerns. Resolution is determined on a case by case basis.

Services

Due to the nature of our services, all services are nonrefundable.

If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We value your feedback and will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution when possible.

Gift Cards

All gift card purchases are final and nonrefundable. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

Memberships
